Why pending

This metric requires a feed from the bank or QuickBooks (the Tax envelope is a real bank sub-account). It is not in the Clio warehouse. Options:

• QuickBooks Online API (preferred — already used for P&L)
• Plaid integration on the operating bank
• Manual weekly entry by Tom or the bookkeeper

When wired, the live tile will compute: tax_balance / sum(deposits in last 30 days) × 100.
