The problem: When a lead self-schedules a consultation online, they've already shown high intent — the consultant didn't earn that meeting. Counting those retains in a consultant's close rate inflates their number.
The fix: This dashboard shows two close rates side-by-side — the standard rate (all retains) and the adjusted rate (self-scheduled retains removed from numerator only, consultations still count). The delta shows how much each consultant's number is propped up by self-scheduled leads.
Self-scheduled = Lead_Source contains "Self" in Zoho (e.g. "Self-Scheduled", "Self-Booked", etc.)
Solid lines include all retains. Dashed lines strip out self-scheduled retains. Gap between lines = self-schedule inflation.
